After noting that Subrenat was entirely recycling their cutting waste and was giving them a second life, we contacted them to see if they could accompany us in the treatment of our own industrial waste. The primary goal was our firm’s commitment to a responsible approach oriented towards sustainable development, but also to prove our CSR approach in public tenders. Firstly, we had worked on adaptations to our FFP machines in order to properly separate the Polypropylene from the other components, such as the nasal bars or the elastics. To aid the imposition of this process, the organization of the collection was entirely taken care of by Subrenat, from the provision sorting bins dedicated to this waste, transport and recycling of our waste, to obtaining a certificate specifying the quantity recycled. This allows us to have a single interlocutor that handles the waste of our raw materials. Thus, we give a second chance to our waste and therefore reduce the costs of our waste collection tax. Lastly, we were able to feature our CSR approach when responding to our numerous new offers, which nonetheless evaluate the involvement for this type of actions, with a key competitive advantage.
